ImprintHQ

How it fits together

Three parts, working together

  1. 1 · Your publication

You decide what it is: its publication name, subject, readers, look, languages and rules.

  2. 2 · Its articles

Topics become drafts, every draft is checked against your rules, and the good ones are published on a schedule.

  3. 3 · Bringing readers in

Each published article is promoted on social media, to bring readers to your website.

What ImprintHQ is

A publication, not software

ImprintHQ builds and runs your own website of helpful articles on one subject, to share your ideas, content and products, and to bring readers in from Facebook and other social media.

Here’s what ImprintHQ does for you

  • Your own website and domain name, in the layout, colours and fonts you choose. Quick on phones, in light or dark.
  • Topics researched and planned for you, and you choose which ones get written.
  • Articles written in your voice, checked against your rules and safety rules, and published on your schedule, one at a time or several at once.
  • A ready-made post for every article, to copy to Facebook, X and Instagram, and on Growth and Pro, Facebook Page posts that go out by themselves.
  • Interactive calculators and other reader tools in your articles.
  • A subscribe form, and emails of your new articles to your subscribers.
  • Your own products, services, offers and ads promoted inside your articles, clearly labelled.
  • Series of related articles, released part by part over the weeks.
  • Downloadable guides and checklists for your readers, on Growth and Pro.
  • A picture for every article, and rail cards that point readers to related articles.
  • YouTube videos in your articles, played right on the page.
  • Pages search engines understand, in many languages.
  • You stay in charge: approvals, your rules, and one “Needs you” list.
  • Coming soon Facebook Reels, made for your articles.

What it isn’t built for

ImprintHQ is built around articles, so it isn’t the right fit for:

  • Apps or online software, or anything that needs heavy computing behind it.
  • Reader logins, member areas or paywalls.
  • An online shop or checkout. It links to wherever you already sell.
  • Bookings, quotes or custom forms.
  • Forums, comments or a community.
  • Custom connections to other systems, or chatbots on your site.
  • A general business website. It’s a publication of articles.

Part 1 · The publication

Your publication, defined by you

A publication is your own website of helpful articles on one subject. You decide what it is in six steps; we build it.

  1. Define itsubject, readers and country
Reno Planning Guide’s readers in its settings: Australians, first-time renovators, and who the reader is
  2. The interviewquestions that shape its voice
Its voice in its settings: warm, practical and experienced, like a friend who has project managed her own renovations
  3. Approve the ruleswhat it covers and never covers
Its banned topics: DIY electrical work, DIY gas fitting, investment advice, and renovations outside Australia
  4. Topics, collated for yousections and topics, researched automatically
Its sections, such as Scoping Your Project and Quotes and Budgeting, each with 14 topics
  5. Look and feellayout, colours and fonts from our library
Its own home page in 12 of our 24 layouts. Its choice: Classic.

What you get

  • Your own website and domain name. It is your publication, not a page on someone else’s site.
  • Light and dark, on any phone. Every page works on phones, tablets and computers, in light or dark mode.
  • Safety rules that never switch off. Rules for the risky parts of your subject stay on, whatever else you change.
  • Yours to change. Change the look or the wording any time. Every change is saved as a version you can go back to.

Part 2 · The articles
